Website privacy notice
This notice covers the website patmatrix.app and the PATmatrix email waitlist. It is run by Mohammad Karanib, operating as PATmatrix, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). The PATmatrix app at app.patmatrix.app has its own beta privacy notice.
Short version: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address so we can invite you. We don't use cookies or analytics on this website, we don't sell your information, and you can have your address removed at any time.
1. What we collect

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads nothing from other websites.
2. How we use it
We use your waitlist email only to send you emails about getting into PATmatrix: your beta invite and, later, news that PATmatrix is open. We do not send it to advertisers, sell it or share it with anyone except the providers below.
3. Who processes it for us

We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and your information is stored and processed in the United States and possibly other countries where these providers operate, where privacy laws may differ from yours. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the waitlist, after which we delete it within 30 days. Emails with us are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends.
5. Your choices
To be removed from the waitlist, or to ask what we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Every email we send also tells you how to stop receiving them. We answer within 30 days.
6. Age
The PATmatrix beta is for people 18 or older. Please don't join the waitlist if you are younger.
7. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the version and effective date above. If a change affects how we use your waitlist email, we will email you before it takes effect.
